Professor Dr. Karlene A. Barnett
Adjunct Professor
A psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience and Senior Pastor at Apostolic Reconciliation Ministries. She teaches Ministerial Conduct and Introduction to Behavioral Health and Christian Counseling at VBI.
Professor Dr. Sharon Maylor
Adjunct Professor
Holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and an M.A. in Practical Theology with over 35 years of church service. She brings a unique blend of practical and theological insights as a Senior Advisor and Organizational Consultant.
Professor Dr. Nadia Woollery
Adjunct Professor
A chemist by profession with over 30 years of service at The Refuge Temple Church. She teaches Eschatology and Alter Work at VBI, encouraging students to engage deeply with Scripture.
Professor Gale Sampson-Lee
Adjunct Professor
Pastor of the Church of Jesus Christ the Lord with over 50 years in ministry. She holds a Master's in Public Health and provides mentorship, counseling, and ministerial training workshops.
Professor Alcinda Goffe
Adjunct Professor
A retired professional and Justice of the Peace with 28 years of dedicated service at Shiloh Apostolic Church. She teaches Alter Work at VBI, empowering students to serve effectively in kingdom ministry.

A dedicated educator and minister committed to equipping the next generation of theological leaders at the Victorious Bible Institute.
Professor Carolyn Maylor McClendon
Adjunct Professor
A retired Warden with a Doctorate of Practical Theology and over 20 years in the Connecticut Department of Correction. She has facilitated trainings and spoken at conferences internationally.

Certificate Program
VOTAM Certificate of Theology
The Certificate of Theological Studies is designed for students beginning their theological education through foundational courses in doctrine, ministry, counseling, and biblical study. Students who complete the 7 required courses are eligible to graduate in a special ceremony with a Certificate of Theological Studies.
Students must complete all 7 required courses. Credits are transferable.
